By using this website and our services, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read, and have agreed to, these terms and conditions.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorisation for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
We aim to provide our partners with the most competitive rates available, valid for the duration specified at the time the rates are shared.
All tailor-made requests will be responded to within 24 hours of receipt, wherever possible.
For FITs (Individual Clients): Invoices for the upcoming month are issued on the 15th of each month, allowing operators 15 days to review and complete payment before the end of the calendar month.
For GITs (Group Travel): Invoices are raised at least 45 days before the group’s arrival. However, some properties in India and abroad may require advance deposits at the time of booking due to limited inventory. In such cases, we will inform you and seek approval before proceeding. Any advance paid will be adjusted against the final invoice.

Accommodation, transport, and other services will be booked within 24 hours of receiving a confirmed request. Any issues will be flagged within 3 working days.
For group bookings, all services will be held based on the maximum expected group size until written confirmation is received. Preliminary rooming lists are required 45 days before arrival, with final lists to be submitted no later than 30 days before arrival.
All quotations are accompanied by relevant descriptive and factual details, including closure dates, inclusions, timings, and contact details for properties or service providers.
The Vegan Routes is committed to delivering high-quality ground services. Client feedback is reviewed by our management, and we are dedicated to resolving any on-tour issues promptly, in collaboration with our partners where needed.
All accommodations, vehicles, and services arranged by us comply with applicable local regulations related to health, hygiene, and safety.
Most of the accommodations we use are approved by relevant government authorities and follow established safety standards. In cases where alternative accommodations such as homestays or eco-lodges are selected, we shall inform you of their conditions upon request.
Our vehicles are maintained to a high standard, fully insured, and in compliance with local laws. All vehicles carry basic safety equipment including a first aid kit and a spare tyre in good condition. In the event of a breakdown, a replacement vehicle will be provided as soon as possible to avoid disruption.
All drivers are properly licensed and follow local regulations concerning work hours and rest. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. In the case of longer routes, we ensure drivers are adequately rested for everyone’s safety.
Restaurants and food outlets included in our itineraries are inspected to ensure they meet basic hygiene requirements. However, we do not guarantee standards at roadside facilities or third-party venues not operated by us.
Public liability insurance is limited in India. We strongly recommend all travellers take out comprehensive travel insurance before departure, including medical cover and emergency evacuation if required.
In the event of an accident or emergency involving serious injury or harm to a client, all relevant parties will be notified promptly to ensure correct procedures are followed.
We engage licensed and government-approved guides for all tours. Local experts are used for activities requiring specialist knowledge. All services are delivered with a focus on safety, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
All information shared with us regarding your clients, itineraries, or business operations will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
