Co-Founder & Executive Director, Vegan Hospitality, USA & Caribbean

Meredith Marin is a leading voice in vegan hospitality and tourism, with deep expertise in helping hospitality businesses embrace plant-based practices. Since 2017, she has worked with restaurants, hotels, food service providers, and chefs—particularly across the Caribbean—to enhance their appeal to vegan travellers through targeted staff training and menu development.

With a master’s degree in social work and a background in public health, Meredith brings a wellness-centred approach to hospitality, supporting communities, schools, and businesses in implementing sustainable, health-focused interventions. Her work has been featured in a wide range of media, including television, print magazines distributed through major airlines and hotels, and leading vegan platforms such as HappyCow and Plant Based News.

Hayley Cooper,
Co-Founder & Global Operations Consultant, Vegan Hospitality, South Africa

Hayley Cooper is a Certified Vegan Hospitality Consultant and seasoned industry leader with over 25 years of experience in luxury hospitality management. Based in the Greater Kruger region of South Africa, she co-manages a five-star safari lodge and has been instrumental in pioneering the vegan hospitality movement across the African continent.

As Africa’s first certified vegan hospitality consultant, Hayley has played a key role in establishing the continent's first Vegan Hospitality Certified lodges and guest houses. Her insights into sustainable tourism, guest experience, and plant-based operations have earned her features in global media, including print and podcast platforms.

Abhishek Sinha,

Abhishek Sinha is the Co-Founder and CEO of GoodDot, one of India’s pioneering plant- based meat companies.
